    Position Overview

    We are seeking a passionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our pediatric team in Emmett. This role includes a blend of outpatient clinic and school-based services, allowing you to support children across environments and make a meaningful impact on functional skills, independence, and participation in daily life.

    You will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist and collaborate closely with families, educators, and interdisciplinary team members.

    Caseload & Schedule Expectations: We believe in sustainable caseloads that support quality care and clinician well-being.

    • Typical full-time caseload: ~28 children per week

    • Session length: 60-minute treatment sessions

    • Schedule flexibility: 4 or 5 day workweek options

    • Part-time caseload options also considered

    • Built-in documentation time included and paid by the company

    • Focus on balanced productivity expectations and quality-driven care

    Compensation Structure: We offer competitive and transparent compensation:

    • $27–$34/hour depending on experience

    • Bonus and productivity incentive opportunities

    • Pay for cancellations and no-shows (your time is respected and protected)

    We are seeking a passionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric outpatient clinic team in Nampa. This role focuses exclusively on clinic-based care, providing the opportunity to deliver high-quality therapy in a collaborative, family-centered environment.

    You will work closely with families and an interdisciplinary pediatric team to support children with communication, language, speech sound disorders, social communication needs, fluency, and feeding/swallowing concerns (as appropriate).

This role focuses on helping children build strength, mobility, coordination, balance, and functional independence through individualized, play-based, and family-centered therapy.

    You will collaborate closely with families and an interdisciplinary pediatric team to support meaningful, functional progress in daily life.

    Caseload & Schedule Expectations

    • Typical part-time caseload: 10-14 children per week (depending on complexity and schedule structure)

    • Session length: 60-minute treatment sessions

    • Schedule: Part-time, consistent weekly schedule (typically 1–2 days/week options available)

    • Built-in paid documentation time included in schedule

    • Focus on balanced productivity expectations and quality-driven care

    • Strong emphasis on clinician support and sustainable pacing

    Compensation Structure: We offer competitive and transparent compensation:

    • $35–$45/hour depending on experience
