    You have a unique opportunity to become a member partner of the business after three years of employment. Once a member, you are viewed as a partner at Odyssey. As a member, you participate in profit sharing, future growth, approval of new members, and have a say in managerial decisions. Odyssey is ideal for therapists who want to run their own practice, but don’t want to do it alone.

    We are growth focused. The Treasure Valley has been a growing community for several years and we have been rapidly expanding since opening our first location in 2022. The Treasure Valley is an ideal location for a family lifestyle, perfect for individuals who enjoy the outdoors and family supported communities.

    License/Certification: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License Required

    Medical Specialty: Pediatrics

    Schedule: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8 - 5 pm)

    Work Location: Nampa

    Pay: Competitive pay depending on experience

    Training: Professional development assistance & supervision
